Day 14

Today we took our adventure a little further and Flew into Chennai.  My First impressions: Flying over this new city i could tell it was going to be different. The buildings were colorful and everything was surrounded  with trees which is nothing like built up Pune or Mumbai. The roads seems cleaner and less busy.
I spent most of the afternoon catching up on the world with free wifi at the hotel. It's hard to keep up to date with everything that's happening back home when you only get wifi every few days, especially when you need to organise things for when you get home.
It was Louis' 30th birthday today so to celebrate we went to this really nice restaurant. The interior and exterior was very British inspired with white porches, checkered pavement, palm trees and lavish gardens. Really beautiful. I had fish with carrot mash for only $8, this place never stops amazing me.

Unfortunately it was a 'dry day' throughout the state so no alcohol was available. Louis had to settle for a strawberry milkshake instead, close enough.
